The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll sit at the forefront of commercial decision-making – partnering closely with leadership to translate financials into action. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to optimise outcomes
- Oversee project financials, timelines, and quality to ensure commercial success
- Analyse margin, pricing, and key drivers to recommend data-led solutions
- Deliver KPI and variance analysis, identifying cost savings and revenue opportunities across sites
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy with operational execution
- Drive improvements through reporting, dashboards, and ERP initiatives
- Present insights to regional leadership, influencing senior decision-making
You'll bring a strong foundation in commercial or management accounting, with the ability to interpret performance, challenge assumptions, and drive value.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of demonstrated commercial finance or business partnering experience within a dynamic, operational environment
- CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Strong commercial acumen, experienced in analysing margin, pricing, and performance to drive decisions
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (MD365 highly regarded), with strong digital capability
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Confident communicator, experienced partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- Self-starter with energy, resilience, and a hands-on approach
