Finance Business Partner, Amsterdam, €70,000 – €80,000 doe.
Altum Consulting are partnering with an international Media business to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent contract. This role will directly influence decision making across the FP&A team and wider teams supporting overall strategic financial objectives through detailed financial analysis
Joining a high caliber FP&A team, this role will suit a Qualified Accountant with experience in budgeting and forecasting, client profitability and cost and revenue modelling.
Role:
- Support agency management teams across budgets and reforecast ensuring timely reporting, accuracy and completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate investments and project proposals through financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Assist senior leadership teams across commercial finance (rate cards, modelling, pricing)
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate business & client performance.
- Conduct variance analysis and contribute to the identification of opportunities and risks within existing clients and new business.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing financial expertise and advice.
- Communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders effectively ensuring transparency of financial resul
You'll be/have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, RA or equivalent) with strong technical finance expertise.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role within a large, complex organisation, ideally within the media, entertainment, broadcasting or digital sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and support senior leaders.
- Advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
