Key Responsibilities
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across operations.
Analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights for business performance improvement.
Partner with operational leaders and project teams to support cost management and strategic initiatives.
Present financial results, trends, and risks to senior management, ensuring sound decision-making.
Education
Qualified CA(SA)
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years post‑articles experience within mining, heavy industry, or a similar operational environment
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis capability
Proven experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders
Skills
Advanced Excel
Strong commercial and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environments
SAP / ERP systems experience beneficial
Non-Negotiables
CA(SA)
Commercial/operational finance exposure
Willingness to travel to site if required
