Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Fox Valley area looking for a Finance Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel knowledge and high attention to detail.
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner and support cross-functional teams in planning, measuring, reporting and improving performance of operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support production, cost, and capital planning.
- Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis.
- Support plant leadership with KPI development and performance reporting.
- Support capital expenditure analysis, ROI modeling, and post-investment reviews.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages.
- Support month-end close activities in collaboration with accounting.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Finance Business Partner will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Advance excel modeling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
