The Role
This is a proper commercial finance role.
- You’ll work closely with marketing, retail and operations, helping the business make better decisions and supporting growth as they scale.
- Not just reporting what happened last month. Actually influencing what happens next.
- Supporting commercial decisions across stores, product and campaigns
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Building business cases that genuinely shape decisions
- Spotting opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Getting involved in projects, strategy and growth plans
- Helping build processes and ways of working as the business evolves
- You’ll also work closely with a very good Finance Director. The type who develops people properly and gives you room to grow.
What They Want
- Qualified accountant. ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Commercially minded and curious
- Someone who wants to learn and get involved
- Strong Excel and data skills.
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Confident enough to challenge and have a point of view
