Arctic Kingdom is hiring a Finance Business Partner to support the Torngat Mountains Basecamp and Research Station (TMBCRS) and Hebron Historic Site.
This is a unique opportunity to work within northern and remote operations, partnering closely with leadership to support financial performance, operational planning, and strategic decision making.
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead full cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, operational analysis, and financial controls across both entities.
We are looking for someone who brings:
• 5–10+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong financial analysis and full cycle accounting expertise
• Experience working independently in fast paced environments
• Operational awareness and a collaborative mindset
• CPA designation considered an asset
Experience in remote operations, tourism, hospitality, logistics, or similar industries is considered an asset.
