CLAPHAM – 2 DAYS IN OFFICE – PERMANENT – GLOBAL CONSUMER BRAND WITH STRONG UK PRESENCE
£58,000 – £62,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
We’re supporting a well-known consumer brand in hiring a Finance Business Partner into their FP&A function.
This is a business known for bringing in high-calibre commercial finance talent and giving them the platform to progress quickly.
They’re looking for someone with clear upside — someone who wants to take ownership, get close to decision-making, and develop into a senior commercial role over time.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, progressive team where ideas are encouraged and improvement is constant. The environment is supportive but high-performing, with a sensible approach to work — including a 4.5 day working week.
The position itself combines core FP&A responsibilities with true business partnering. You’ll be involved in planning and reporting, but equally spend time working with teams across the business — helping them understand performance, challenge thinking, and make better decisions. It’s a role with real visibility and the chance to have a tangible impact.
