This is a Remote Role.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Financials and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial systems, and a deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, enhance processes, and support system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Financials and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance O2C workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams to implement best practices and process improvements.
- Assist in system implementation, configuration, and integration of financial applications.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionalities meet business needs.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for process automation and optimization.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial decision-making.
- Provide training and documentation to end users on financial systems and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in O2C and financial systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financials and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in process automation and digital transformation is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or finance-related certifications (CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
