Modinity Group, a group of modest fashion and lifestyle brands including Buttonscarves, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, and other growing brands, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our team.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for handling daily sales reconciliation, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring financial accuracy across store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily sales transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial data within the system
- Coordinate closely with store teams to resolve financial or operational discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver monthly closing reports accurately and on schedule
- Prepare ad hoc reports for internal analysis, management requests, or audit purposes
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across finance-related processes and systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting accuracy
- Support ongoing process improvements and finance operational initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role within the retail industry (fashion, F&B, or other retail sectors)
- Experience working with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment, and working under tight deadlines, especially for daily reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Possess a continuous-improvement mindset and proactively seek more efficient ways of working
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Pejaten, Jakarta Selatan
