Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an immediately available Finance Assistant to join a busy and growing business based in Paddock Wood. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with previous experience in finance administration and transactional accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing Purchase Ledger invoices accurately and efficiently Assisting with Sales Ledger duties Raising invoices and credit notes Credit control and chasing outstanding payments Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records Resolving invoice and account queries Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with clients Supporting the wider finance team with daily transactional finance activities General finance administration as required Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger or Credit Control role A good understanding of transactional finance processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Immediately available or available at short notice What’s on
