Job Responsibilities and Duties
· Assist to ensure accurate collaboration and complete documentation in processing Sales Orders.
· Providing effective communication with Logistics Team in all sales and delivery concerns.
· Assist in coordinating with suppliers, customers, regional offices and freight forwarders on orders and shipments status.
· Assist in all Finance and Logistics concerns.
· Assisting the Finance Manager and Associate Manager for Sales and Logistics in sales and logistics coordination, and inventory management.
Job Requirements
· Accountancy graduate
· Have at least 1 to 2+ years of progressive experience in the logistics functions.
· Having worked for a medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare corporation is an added advantage.

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
