Role Description
This is a full‑time Finance & HR Executive role located on‑site in Sepang. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR and Finance services across the organisation. Responsibilities span HR management (including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations) and financial management (covering accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, and statutory reporting). Daily tasks will include processing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate HR and financial records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and financial regulations, preparing management reports and budgets, and serving as a key liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and statutory bodies. The role demands a balanced focus on people and numbers, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to support business decisions with timely and accurate insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and performance tracking systems.
- Manage disciplinary and welfare matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in full‑cycle payroll processing and full set of accounts, with knowledge of statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, KDN, JTK) and financial analysis, projection, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare consulting-standard management/proposal decks, reports, and presentation materials for meetings and proposals.
- Assist management in reviewing organisational structure and workforce planning and design.
- Gather and analyse HR, finance, and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the CEO and senior management on project monitoring and business transformation planning.
- Coordinate policy updates and other improvement initiatives across departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a similar field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, Finance roles, or business support.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour law, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to prepare management reports and presentation decks.
- Familiar with HRIS or accounting software such as Deskera HRMS, UBS, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Analytical, organised, and reliable, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
- Experience in consulting, process improvement, or organisational development will be an advantage.

Employment Type: Full‑time
- Salary Range: RM 3,500–4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
