Position: Finance Analyst – Treasury
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting of cash balances and fund sources for assigned entities.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to identify and fulfill their respective funding requirements.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Treasury team on loan and investment activities.
- Monitor the timing of placements and loans to ensure obligations are adequately funded.
- Track disbursements requiring funding and ensure sufficient liquidity for daily transactions.
- Prepare Letters of Instruction for interbank fund transfers as needed.
- Handle foreign currency payments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund management.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in funds management, treasury, or finance operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work in Pasig
