Our client is a growing and well-regarded real estate company that is continuing to scale its operations through strategic investment and development. Due to continued growth, they have created a new Finance Analyst position to support commercial decision-making and investment activities across the business.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and cashflow forecasts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience within real estate, property development or construction would be beneficial but is not essential.

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will work as part of a growing finance team supporting strategic planning and commercial decision-making across the business.

  • Build financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals to support acquisition and investment decisions.
  • Prepare rolling cashflow forecasts and consolidated projections across multiple entities.
  • Deliver margin analysis, variance reporting and performance insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasts and performance analysis across the group.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance reporting and financial processes as the business grows.
  • Participate in strategic finance projects across the organisation as required.
