Barden are delighted to be partnering with a leading global healthcare organisation to appoint a Financial Analyst into their EMEA Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to gain exposure to a broad, commercially focused role within a multinational environment. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to drive decision-making through insightful analysis, forecasting and financial reporting.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities across EMEA markets.
- Providing meaningful financial analysis and insights to support business performance.
- Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for value creation and cost improvement.
- Developing dashboards and reporting tools to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and enhanced reporting capabilities.
- Supporting internal controls, compliance requirements and audit activities.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified finance professional with strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI and/or Alteryx experience an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Anaplan or similar.
- Strong forecasting, reporting and business partnering experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Someone who's naturally curious, proactive and always looking for smarter ways of working
