We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join and supporting our finance team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across finance, systems, and customer support in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
You will play a key role in keeping our financial processes accurate and efficient, while supporting billing, system administration, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling accounts payable and receivable processing
- Ensure timely and accurate financial records are maintain
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Administrative works including correspondence follow up, filing system maintenance and other duties
- Assisting the team as needed
About You
● 2–4 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
● Familiar with MYOB preferable
● Understanding of AP/AR process and reconciliation skills
● Strong attention to detail and organization skill
● Reliable, hones and able to handle confidential information
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Adept to learning new skills and system and seek improvement
