Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore for a Finance & Administrative Assistant / Executive depending on experience. The selected candidate will perform day-to-day finance & administrative tasks such as managing billing processes, assisting with invoicing, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. In addition, the Finance & Administrative Assistant/Executive will provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations, collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Administrative Processes and experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in handling Billing Processes and Invoicing
  • Familiarity with basic Finance concepts and practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
