Salary: $96,844.75 + 15% super + other benefits
Onsite initially | Hybrid after probation

The Opportunity

An experienced Finance & Administration Support Officer is required to take ownership of end to end payroll, finance and office administration. This is a standalone role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys being the trusted "go to" for finance and operational matters.

This is a permanent replacement role, allowing time for handover and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end fortnightly payroll processing
  • PAYG, superannuation (QuickSuper), WorkCover and statutory compliance
  • Xero processing, reconciliations and reporting
  • Month end, Executive and Treasurer reporting
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • FBT data collation and reporting
  • Office administration and supplier management
  • Property and facilities coordination (utilities, maintenance, landlord liaison)
  • Fleet management including leasing, insurance and FBT tracking
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Victorian and Federal legislation

About You

You're organised, detail focused and confident working independently in a small, trusted team.

You'll bring:

  • Strong hands on Xero experience (essential)
  • Proven end to end payroll experience
  • 5+ years' experience in finance and administration
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • Confidence engaging external stakeholders
  • High accountability and ability to work autonomously
  • Alignment with NFP and values driven organisations

Experience within a union, not for profit, health or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
