Salary: $96,844.75 + 15% super + other benefits

The Opportunity
An experienced Finance & Administration Support Officer is required to take ownership of end to end payroll, finance and office administration. This is a standalone role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys being the trusted "go to" for finance and operational matters.
This is a permanent replacement role, allowing time for handover and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end fortnightly payroll processing
- PAYG, superannuation (QuickSuper), WorkCover and statutory compliance
- Xero processing, reconciliations and reporting
- Month end, Executive and Treasurer reporting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- FBT data collation and reporting
- Office administration and supplier management
- Property and facilities coordination (utilities, maintenance, landlord liaison)
- Fleet management including leasing, insurance and FBT tracking
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Victorian and Federal legislation
About You
You're organised, detail focused and confident working independently in a small, trusted team.
You'll bring:
- Strong hands on Xero experience (essential)
- Proven end to end payroll experience
- 5+ years' experience in finance and administration
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
- Confidence engaging external stakeholders
- High accountability and ability to work autonomously
- Alignment with NFP and values driven organisations
Experience within a union, not for profit, health or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
