Your new role
- Manage monthly billing, debtor collections & dispute resolution.
- Coordinate accounts payable, accruals, expenditure tracking & petty cash.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
- Reconcile gift card funds and process miscellaneous charges.
- Act as the central contact for finance‑related queries.
- Support incident reporting, contractor documentation & compliance tasks.
Contribute to team communication and supervise admin support staff
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and records management systems.
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and professionalism.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
