Job Summary

The Finance & Accounting Associate role at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia in Jakarta is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.

Responsibilities

– Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and general ledger.

– Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including recording budget absorption per project or event.

– Perform billing and collection.

– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

– Maintain and organize financial and administrative documents.

Requirements

– A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must.

– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
