This is not a traditional accounting role
And this position is strictly for Public Accountants

You are a Public Accountant who thinks beyond accounting.
You:

- Understand how finance impacts business decisions

- Move between execution and analysis naturally

🔹 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Public Accountant (mandatory)
- +5 years in accounting/finance
- Strong accounting + tax knowledge
- Experience in tax returns
- Solid IFRS
- Intermediate Excel (will be tested)
❗ Candidates without strong accounting knowledge will not be considered
🔹 NICE TO HAVE
- SAP
- English B1+ (HQ interaction)
🔹 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
This role combines accounting + operational finance + cost control:
- Tax returns (accurate & on time)
- Financial reporting to HQ
- Manage payroll processes and control
- Budget & financial monitoring
- Cost end expenses analysis to support decision-making
- Manage bank accounts and reconciliations
- Regulatory reporting (DIAN, DANE, Banco de la República; Superintendencia, etc.)
- E-invoicing improvements
- SAGRILAFT support
- Treasury activities (AR, AP, reconciliations)
- Accounting entries
You are expected to think, analyze, question and improve.
