We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in Malta.
This is a key role within the Finance function, reporting directly to the CFO, with exposure across multiple entities and involvement in both operational and strategic activities.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can combine solid accounting expertise with a strong understanding of tax, audit, and financial analysis.
📍 Location: Malta (San Gwann)
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the full set of accounts and monthly reporting
• Supporting year-end closing and statutory financial statements
• Overseeing tax compliance (corporate tax & VAT)
• Acting as main point of contact for external auditors
• Developing financial analysis and supporting budgeting & forecasting
• Contributing to process improvements and system optimization (SAP environment)
What we are looking for:
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting / finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and audit processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO preferred)
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ownership
• Knowledge of Italian and/or Maltese is considered a plus
