Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Generate and track customer invoices
- Maintain and update the accounts receivable tracker
- Monitor due dates and flag overdue payments
- Follow up with customers via email/calls for payment reminders
- Reconcile payments received with invoices
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams on billing queries
- Prepare weekly receivables aging reports
