Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager located in Serpong, Banten, Indonesia. The selected individual will support the finance team in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities include overseeing tax compliance, coordinating audits with external consultants, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Job Description
- Prepare, review, and ensure timely completion of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), month-end /year-end closing.
- Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, filings), audits, and coordination with external consultants.
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc reports.
Job Qualification
- Minimum Education Level : Bachelor’s in Accounting.
- Years of experience: min. 4-5 years in accounting/finance.
- Skills: Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Preferred: Big 4 experience with a solid understanding of external audits and financial processes.
- Experience in financial consolidation is highly preferred.
