Job Responsibilities
In-Store Activation Management (Planning & Execution)
- Lead the full event lifecycle for in-store activations: concept development support, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to brand standards.
- Coordinate store teams and internal stakeholders (Retail, VM, Marketing/PR, CRM, Merchandising, Operations) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage on-site event operations, including run-of-show, staff briefing, customer flow in real time.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Source, brief, and manage external vendors (production, catering, florists, entertainment, staffing, photographers, etc.) as needed.
- Oversee logistics such as shipments, installation/de-installation, permits (if applicable), and inventory of event materials.
- Track budgets, process POs/invoices in coordination with Finance/Procurement, and maintain accurate event documentation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collect and consolidate event results (sales impact, attendance, client engagement, qualitative feedback).
- Prepare reports (ROI, Budget review, etc) and recommendations to improve future activations
- Maintain an activation calendar and status updates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist Other Events And Operations
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Senior Manager, including materials preparation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Assist with presentations, recaps, and internal communications related to activation and event initiatives.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Assist other formats of events, initiated by manager / senior manager
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in event management, retail activations, or brand experience (luxury/beauty/fashion preferred).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly on-site.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); project management tools are a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as required for event execution and to travel to stores as needed.

- Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
