OBSIDIAN Management Group hiring Accounting & Finance Lead (F&B)
Location: Cipete, South Jakarta
Working Arrangement: Full WFO, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily activities of the accounting team.
– Handle recording, monitoring, and reporting of AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
– Support and prepare data for internal and external audits.
– Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
– Collaborate with management on financial analysis and process improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Experienced in F&B Industry is a must
– Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & tax with leading team experience
– Proven experience in supporting or participating in internal audit processes, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliations.
– Proficient in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Accurate is plus point, or similar).
– Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to coordinate a team effectively.
