Arconic is currently in search of an FP&A Director to join our Kawneer Business in Norcross, GA .

In this role, you will:
Deploy productivity targets, working capital targets, growth targets and best practices across organization
Track financial and operational initiatives and provide insights into opportunities to expand margin
Participate in growth and portfolio initiative deployment based on annual and 5-year strategic plans;
Drive management of product line and regional KPI’s and P&L’s
Coordinate annual and monthly planning, reporting and forecasting processes.
Drive effective financial process to deliver forecasts, budgets, cost control and business analysis;
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual business presentations to support BU Leadership;
Provide leadership and analysis in the annual planning process for annual budget and 5-year plan;
Participate in financial and business assessment of acquisition candidates and competitor benchmarking;
Provide Finance expertise and leadership for BCS.
Develop FP&A team and oversee communication with senior management.
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Minimum of 7 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship provided. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data relating to business processes, operational efficiencies and production costs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience examining, analyzing and applying statistical data to forecast future market trends in the industrial/manufacturing sector;
Minimum of 5 year of experience with corporate accounting or finance experience in the manufacturing sector;
Minimum of 5 year of experience analyzing financial statements, internal controls, audits, summaries and forecasting reports;
Minimum of 5 year of experience with GAAP and preparing monthly and annual reporting;
Experience preparing 5-year strategic plans based on market research and competitive analyses.
