Remote Financial Services Associate – Training Provided

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our remote team as Financial Services Associates. No prior financial experience is required — we offer comprehensive training and mentorship to support your success. 1099 position with performance-based business model.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs
Develop personalized Financial Needs Analyses (FNA)
Assist clients with retirement planning, asset protection, estate strategies, and legacy planning
Utilize company tools and training to build a client base and professional network
Attend virtual training sessions and collaborate with field trainers
Work Schedule Options:
Full-time (self-paced)
Part-time (10–15 hours/week)
Referral Partner (flexible, based on your current schedule)
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older (Federal Requirement)
Must pass a background check (no felonies)
Must have or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
Must reside in the United States
Access to internet and Zoom for virtual meetings
