Position: Experienced Senior Accountant Role
Elevate your accounting career as a Senior Accountant, reporting to the Controller and ensuring timely financial reporting. Manage payroll, develop process improvements, and support financial analysis.
In this vital role, you will partner with the Controller to produce accurate monthly and annual financial reports. Your responsibilities will include managing bi-weekly payroll for over 300 employees, collaborating with various departments, and providing mentorship to junior accounting staff. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities for process automation and enhancements to improve efficiencies within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage full-cycle payroll for 300+ employees
• Train program managers on financial reporting obligations
• Implement process improvements and workflows
• Support external audits and prepare required documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of qualified accounting experience
• CPA designation or equivalent education
• Solid payroll understanding for large employee groups
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with process automation is a plus
