Our client is seeking an EVP Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and guide decision-making across the United States. This executive will play a key role in financial planning, production controlling, standard/actual-based costing, cost optimization, and overall business growth.
This role requires a proven financial leader with experience in a multi-plant environment, product costing, IFRS & GAAP compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key responsibilities:
Lead financial and risk management operations for North America and Asia.
Develop and execute strategic financial plans, cost controls, and forecasting models.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
Manage financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow, and cost optimization.
Establish hedging strategies and oversee key financial agreements.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.
Collaborate with global leadership to drive efficiency and profitability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key qualifications:
Several years of leadership experience in finance/accounting, preferably within manufacturing environments of comparable scale.
Strong expertise in IFRS and US GAAP reporting within a multi-plant, international production environment.
Proven experience in product costing and financial systems for manufacturing companies.
Strong background in asset/liability management, budgeting, and cost controls.
Demonstrated success in managing financial relationships with banks and external partners.
Ability to translate financial insights into business strategy and operational improvements.
Global perspective with experience working across diverse cultures; background in European-owned companies is a strong advantage.
