Position Summary

The Regional Executive Vice President is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy execution, and financial performance of the company’s operations within the assigned region. This role provides executive oversight across all functions, ensures alignment with global strategy, and drives sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all business operations and functions within the assigned region
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across regional markets
  • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Provide executive leadership to regional management teams; build high-performing organizations
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, operations, finance, HR, and other functions
  • Manage key regional stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulators, and government entities
  • Represent the company at regional industry, government, and public forums
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regional risks to inform executive decisions
  • Report regional performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and the Board

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record managing multi-country or multi-market operations
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, regulations, and business environments
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., manufacturing, energy, technology, financial services]
  • Background in multinational or complex matrix organizations
  • Experience working with government agencies or regulatory bodies in the region
