Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for an Executive Director of Operations. The Executive Director will oversee organizational operations, support team management, monitor financial planning and budgeting, and ensure high standards of customer service in alignment with MetaChain Finance's mission. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational data, developing strategies for continuous improvement, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
