Job Overview

The Executive Financial Controller (CFO) is a core member of the company's senior management team, responsible for the overall financial strategy, capital operations, budget management, financial risk control, and internal financial system development. This role reports directly to the CEO or Board of Directors and is a crucial supporter of the company's strategic decisions, resource allocation, and sustainable growth.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Strategy Formulation

Formulate the company's medium- and long-term financial strategy to support corporate development and growth goals.

Participate in overall strategic decision-making and provide financial feasibility analysis.

Budget Management and Cost Control

Formulate annual budgets and budget execution plans.

Supervise cost control and the efficiency of fund utilization.

Optimize financial processes and improve financial transparency.

Financial Statements and Analysis

Supervise the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Analyze profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.

Cash Management and Capital Operations

Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.

Responsible for financing, debt management, and investment project evaluation.

Support mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital restructuring.

Risk Management and Compliance

Identify and manage financial risks.

Ensure financial activities comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Maintain communication with auditing firms, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Internal Control and Financial System Development

Establish and improve financial systems, processes, and internal control mechanisms.

Improve financial operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Promote digital and automated financial management.

Team Building and Management

Lead the finance team, including accounting, financial analysis, treasury management, and tax teams.

Develop team development plans and cultivate mid-to-senior level financial management talent.

Promote team performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.

Cross-departmental Collaboration

Support business departments' financial analysis and budget control.

Provide financial support to sales, operations, product, and strategy departments.

Participate in the evaluation of major business projects and investment decisions.

Reporting and Communication

To Reporting on financial status and operational analysis to the CEO, board, and shareholders

Developing Key Financial Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring the company's overall financial health

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA / CFA / ACCA preferred

20 years of financial management experience, with at least 15 years in senior management positions

Experience in financial management of listed companies or group companies is preferred

Proficient in financial analysis, budget management, capital operation, and risk control

Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
