Support senior finance leaders in a fast-growing Australian healthcare and allied health organisation delivering therapy and rehabilitation services across multiple regions. This role sits at the heart of the finance function, ensuring executive schedules run smoothly, reports are prepared accurately, and communication flows seamlessly across leadership and external stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity for experienced Philippine-based professionals who want long-term stability supporting an Australian leadership team.

Remote work for Philippine-based candidates only. Full-time role. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Morning shift aligned with AU timezone. Philippine tax and government contributions compliant employment.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring priorities and deadlines are clearly aligned
  • Oversee finance inboxes and flag urgent matters for action
  • Prepare high-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes
  • Arrange travel, flights, and accommodation for senior finance leaders
  • Track expenses, collect receipts, and ensure timely reimbursement submissions
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation
  • Support merger and acquisition administrative processes, including information collation
  • Liaise professionally with directors, leadership, and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For . You’re the Perfect Fit If You

  • Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Have exposure to supporting Australian-based executives or teams
  • Demonstrate high-level proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Are experienced in diary management, email management, and executive reporting
  • Can handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English
  • Are highly organised with strong time management skills

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
  • Remote work setup. Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
  • Philippine-based employment only
