Krogman Metals is a global stainless steel trading company headquartered in the Netherlands, active across Europe, North Africa, and international markets. We specialize in the supply of stainless steel sheets, coils, and tubes, working with both prime and secondary materials.
We are currently restructuring and scaling our operations and are looking for a high-level Executive Assistant who can support commercial, operational, and administrative activities.
🔹 Role Overview
This is not a basic VA role.
You will work directly with the Managing Director and act as a central point of execution across sales, logistics, and administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and comfortable handling multiple business functions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities💰 Commercial Support
- Prepare and send client offers
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM
- Draft professional emails and WhatsApp communications
- Support negotiation processes
⚙️ Operational Support
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
- Follow up on shipments and delivery timelines
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation
- Support order execution
🧾 Administrative Support
- Manage emails and internal communication
- Prepare invoices and basic financial documents
- Organize files, reports, and company data
- Assist with contracts and documentation
🔹 Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (executive assistant / operations / sales support)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset – able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience with Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
Bonus:
