- Execute client orders in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor real-time market trends, analyse price movements, and provide investment recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on market developments, order status, and portfolio performance.
- Conduct research on companies, sectors, and market news to support trading decisions.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting all transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including research analysts and traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of trades, confirmations, and margin requirements.
- Manage risk by assessing market conditions and client positions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience (2-5 years) as an Equity Dealer or similar role in a stock broking environment.
- Sound knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Certification such as NISM, NCFM, or AMFI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and commit to confidentiality and compliance standards.
