We are looking for entry-level accounting candidates with 3+ months of accounting experience, who is looking to grow their accounting skills/knowledge. This opportunity is located in Century City.

Retrieve cash receipts and match/apply to payments on booking reports

Correct any inaccurate receipts by issuing refunds or transferring funds if necessary

Attach backup records to payments

Research and resolve any discrepancies

Work closely with agents/clients regarding any inquiries or issues with payments

Work closely with colleagues in the Trust Accounting team

Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Must have 3+ years Finance/Accounting experience

Experience reconciling accounts, statements, etc. and resolving discrepancies

Entertainment experience is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well with a team and represent the culture of the company

Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities

Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment

Unimpeachable integrity and can be trusted to maintain confidential information

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
