Position Summary:
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the finance team, providing analytical support. You will work closely with EMEA finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, business modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and profitability.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and margin data to provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Other month end reporting includes updating backlog, headcount and bookings. Assist with Global Accounts data, Sub Contractors and Cashflow forecasting.
- Opex analysis: Assist with ad-hoc queries and requests such as Operating Expense reviews, including credit card data, travel and entertaining and client spend data.
- Support key stakeholders with decision-making tools and financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
- Support with local markets with inventory reviews
- Support with Sales Commissions calculations, reporting and tracking across EMEA
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and enhancement within financial reporting and planning.
- Streamline reporting tools and systems to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with system migrations and data cleansing
- Assist in developing and implementing new tools, systems, and processes to improve business forecasting and analysis.
- Ad-Hoc Projects as required
Job / Experience Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, SAP BPC) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
