CASCO USA is looking for an individual to join our Muncy, PA office team as an Accounting & Financial support.
This position will support the accounting team while working with all departments to promote company growth, efficiency, and profitability using NetSuite processes. Candidates must have the ability to work independently on a wide variety of tasks, and feel confident in their understanding of the NetSuite platform. Someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and a general understanding of accounting and business processes will do well in this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assist all departments with use of NetSuite platform
· Leverage prior NetSuite experience to support development of internal best practices
· Set up new customer accounts
· Review customer’s account activity and monitor customer accounts
· Communicate with customers and vendors
· Reconcile credit card transactions and assess for compliance with company policies
· Interact with all departments to retrieve necessary documentation or information
· Additional duties as needed
