I’m partnering with a high-growth advisory firm that is building out its Private Equity value creation capability and looking to add a Director-level Supply Chain Transformation specialist.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with PE sponsors and portfolio companies to deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
The ideal profile will bring experience across areas such as:
• Supply chain transformation
• Procurement / strategic sourcing
• Logistics and distribution
• S&OP / IBP
• Network optimisation
• Inventory / working capital improvement
• Operational performance improvement
• Digital supply chain, analytics, automation or AI-enabled transformation
This is not a pure strategy role. The team needs someone who can identify value, build the roadmap, and help drive execution across PE-backed businesses.
Relevant backgrounds could include supply chain boutiques, operations consulting, PE value creation advisory, Big 4 / strategy consulting, or operator-advisory hybrids.
Compensation is strong for Director level, with a package in the region of $275k base + bonus + $85k equity.
