Role Description
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the organization’s long-term strategic direction and growth agenda.
- Define corporate priorities, strategic objectives, and performance frameworks aligned with executive leadership vision.
- Oversee enterprise-wide strategic planning processes, including annual planning cycles, multi-year roadmaps, and scenario planning exercises.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, expansion strategies, partnerships, and investment initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market intelligence, competitive analysis, and macroeconomic assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across departments to ensure consistency in execution of strategic priorities.
- Lead preparation of executive-level reports, board presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor performance of strategic initiatives, track KPIs, and ensure accountability for delivery against targets.
- Guide transformation programs, including organizational restructuring, digital transformation, and business optimization initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio management of strategic initiatives.
- Assess risks and opportunities affecting long-term organizational performance and competitive positioning.
- Facilitate strategic workshops, executive planning sessions, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure integration of data-driven insights into strategic planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, or senior analytical leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in corporate strategy, market analysis, and business transformation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategic frameworks.
- Excellent financial acumen, including P&L analysis, investment evaluation, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic trends.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience communicating with executive leadership and boards.
