Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Strategic Planning Director to formulate and drive the company's long-term development strategy. By integrating trends in real estate and blockchain technology, the Director will build innovative business models and advance initiatives such as digital asset management, real estate tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and global market expansion. Candidates must possess over 25 years of management experience, including extensive strategic management experience in the real estate industry, and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive sustained corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate the company’s 3-to-10-year strategic development plan, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
Analyze trends in the global real estate, blockchain, digital asset, and fintech industries to formulate competitive strategies.
Design development roadmaps for real estate asset digitization, blockchain applications, and real estate tokenization businesses.
Identify new market opportunities, investment avenues, and business models to drive continuous corporate innovation.
Collaborate with investment, development, asset management, finance, product, technology, and operations teams to drive strategy implementation.
Lead feasibility analyses for strategic partnerships, M&A, joint ventures, and long-term investment projects.
Establish a strategic performance management system; track and continuously optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analyze the competitive landscape and propose recommendations for business expansion and internationalization.
Evaluate the long-term value and risks of real estate portfolios and digital asset projects.
Provide strategic analysis, industry research, and decision-making support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Drive corporate digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation capabilities.
Establish strategic risk management mechanisms to identify policy, market, financial, and technological risks.
Build long-term partnerships with government agencies, investment institutions, business partners, and industry organizations.
Represent the company at industry summits, investment forums, and strategic partnership negotiations to enhance brand influence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Over 25 years of corporate management experience, including at least 15 years in strategic planning, investment management, or corporate development within the real estate industry.
Previous experience in a senior management role at a real estate developer, real estate investment firm, REIT, asset management company, or large-scale diversified real estate group.
Proficiency in real estate development, investment, asset management, capital operations, and corporate strategic management. Possesses a deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets, real estate tokenization, Web3, and fintech.
Demonstrates strong capabilities in strategic analysis, business modeling, and market research.
Familiar with processes regarding M&A, capital partnerships, investment evaluation, and international business expansion.
Exhibits exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-regional and cross-functional teams and drive the implementation of complex projects.
Possesses excellent communication, coordination, business negotiation, and executive-level reporting skills.
Familiar with US and international real estate markets; possesses a global strategic vision.
Proficient in strategic and data analysis tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and enterprise management systems.
