We are partnering with a global retail brand undergoing a significant transformation, focused on building a centralized, world-class global procurement function to support a multi-billion-dollar, high-growth business.
As part of this evolution, we are hiring two Director-level procurement leaders to play a critical role in shaping category strategy, driving value, and building scalable procurement capabilities across the organization.
Open Roles
1) Director of Procurement – Logistics
Lead procurement strategy across logistics categories including transportation, freight, network strategy, and warehouse-related CAPEX. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain and Distribution leadership to drive cost, service, and network optimization.
2) Director of Procurement – Indirect
Own sourcing strategy across non-commercial indirect spend including cleaning, security, maintenance, and CAPEX supporting retail locations and distribution centers. This role will work closely with Retail Operations, Facilities, and Finance to enable consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement leadership within complex, multi-site environments
- Deep category expertise in either:
- Logistics (transportation, warehousing, network strategy), or
- Indirect services (facilities, retail services, CAPEX)
- Strong track record of delivering savings and building category strategies
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across functions
- Mindset oriented toward building, transforming, and creating structure in evolving environments
