Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Laredo Area for the role of Director of Operations & Strategic Development. The Director will oversee operational management, develop strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires a fantastic and adaptive attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Operations Management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills WMS systems, Excel, and system management.
- Experience in Budgeting with the ability to plan, allocate, and monitor financial resources effectively
- Client expertise with a focus on enhancing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry is highly beneficial
