Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Operations to be based in Kyiv. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic goals are met efficiently. Responsibilities include analyzing organizational performance metrics, managing the operational budget, leading teams, and improving customer satisfaction standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure business functions are aligned with the company’s growth and mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management and process optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Effective Team Management and leadership skills to inspire and oversee cross-functional teams
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to drive fiscal efficiency
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
