StevenDouglas, a top 20 boutique executive search firm, is assisting a global private equity owned manufacturer in their search for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This role is hybrid in Charlotte and no relocation or remote options are available.
Reporting to the CFO of the Americas, the Director of FP&A will support the company's manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams with financial insights and data along with overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience within world class manufacturing organizations and bring best practices to the table as the company is engaged in a process excellence exercise.
Requirements
- CPA and/or MBA
- 10-15 years in global manufacturing organizations
- Standard Costing Experience is must
- Strong technical acumen (ERP, Data Analysis tools)
- Experience managing special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Management of multi-site operations and teams
