A large, privately-held organization is seeking a high-performing finance leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO while helping drive the next generation of financial planning, analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a strong FP&A Manager, Director of FP&A, Finance Director, or Finance Transformation professional looking to take on broader responsibility and position themselves for future executive leadership.
The Opportunity:
- Serve as a key partner and successor candidate to a highly respected CFO
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business analysis initiatives
- Drive reporting enhancements, analytics, and finance transformation projects
- Partner with operational leaders across the organization
- Help evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation
- Play a significant role in shaping the future finance organization
What We're Looking For:
- Strong FP&A, finance, or corporate finance background
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Strong business partnership and communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, automation, and process improvement
Compensation: $150K-$175K base plus bonus.
