The Opportunity

We are hiring a Director of Finance & Human Resources to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels—owning financial performance while helping scale our people operations.

You will play a critical role in:

  • Driving financial strategy and visibility across a multi-entity platform
  • Supporting acquisition underwriting and integration
  • Building scalable finance and HR infrastructure
  • Partnering directly with leadership and investors

This is a unique opportunity to help build the foundation of a high-growth platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all entities

Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and performance tracking

Deliver monthly reporting packages and insights to leadership and investors

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis

Partner with operations to improve unit economics and profitability

Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Own month-end and year-end close processes

Strengthen internal controls and financial policies as the business scales

Manage external accountants, auditors, and banking relationships

Optimize and manage QuickBooks and reporting systems

Human Resources

Oversee onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations

Serve as the internal lead for external HR partners and consultants

Build compensation frameworks and workforce planning models

Ensure compliance across all operating markets

Help shape and scale company culture across acquired businesses

Leadership & Team Building

Manage and develop a growing team (initially 1–3 direct reports)

Build the finance and HR org structure as the company scales

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Systems & Analytics

Own and optimize ADP (HR/payroll) and QuickBooks (accounting)

Improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility

Identify and implement scalable systems and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance (with leadership experience)
  • Experience overseeing both Finance and HR functions
  • Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and reporting experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and ADP
  • Experience in multi-entity, roll-up, or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • CPA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus
