What You’ll Do
As the Director of Finance, Capital Markets & Operations, you will:
- Lead financial operations, liquidity management, and capital strategy
- Analyze profitability, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee reporting, accounting coordination, and risk management
- Improve servicing systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Lead and develop operational teams while driving accountability and performance
- Support strategic planning, investor reporting, and company growth initiatives
Who You Are
- Strong background in finance, lending, banking, or real estate finance
- Experienced leader who can manage both people and operations
- Analytical, organized, and operationally disciplined
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Strong finance, accounting, capital markets, operations, or lending background
- Experience in private lending, real estate finance, banking, structured finance, or related industries is preferred, but not strictly required
- Significant experience managing employees, building teams, and improving operational performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead through accountability, process implementation, coaching, and operational discipline
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and operational detail
- Strong organizational and process-management capabilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with software implementations, workflow optimization, and operational scaling is preferred
- Experience implementing software is a plus
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or related credentials are a plus but not required
