Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000,000 Base + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as the primary financial architect and strategic thought partner to the executive team. This is a high-visibility seat designed for a finance leader who excels at building analytical infrastructure and translating complex data into clear, actionable strategic narratives.

Strategic Planning & FP&A Leadership

  • The Blueprint: Own the end-to-end annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, partnering cross-functionally to align financial targets with enterprise growth goals.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Manage a disciplined forecasting cadence, identifying risks and opportunities while leading the FP&A team toward best-in-class delivery.
  • Dynamic Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated multi-year financial models to support capital allocation, pricing strategies, and strategic alternatives.

Business Intelligence & Narrative

  • Executive Visibility: Design and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting packages and KPI dashboards that provide the executive team with a "single source of truth."
  • Operational Insights: Deep-dive into revenue trends, gross margins, and workforce utilization metrics to identify performance drivers specific to the professional services/staffing industry.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance department heads, embedding financial rigor into daily decision-making through data-driven storytelling.

Systems & Team Growth

  • Scalable Infrastructure: Continuously enhance FP&A tools and systems (BI tools, Power Query, etc.) to improve the speed and accuracy of financial insights.
  • Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role. Experience in Staffing, Professional Services, or Workforce Solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical Mastery: Advanced Excel modeling skills are required. Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan) is a major plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; an MBA, CFA, or CPA is highly preferred.
  • Communication: You must possess the "executive presence" to present complex financial concepts to a boardroom-level audience with clarity and confidence.
